North Adams celebrates 50 years of Bellmont

The North Adams School Board signed a proclamation, honoring its first graduating class during its Tuesday night meeting. It was 50 years ago that students from Monmouth, Decatur Catholic, and Decatur high schools came together to form Bellmont.
