Mawhorr prepared for “unbelievable” weekend

At the close of Tuesday’s weekly Adams County Commissioners meeting, Sheriff Dan Mawhorr requested special time to address the commissioners and media about his concerns with this weekend’s potential crowd to view Monday’s total
