Monroe Council requests cooperation for sump pump inspections

The Town of Monroe is asking for residents' cooperation for door-to-door sump pump inspections. Overall, the inspections are going well, despite several residents who have either denied the inspector entrance or have kicked him out before the inspection was completed,
