Drainage rates to increase in Linn Grove area

Adams County Commissioner Doug Bauman announced Tuesday morning that he, along with commissioners Kim Fruechte and Rex Moore attended the annual conference of the Indiana Association of County Commissioners in Indianapolis, which was held from November 28 through November 30.
